The Career & Technical Education (CTE) offers elective off-campus internships to students who are at least 16 years old. Due to COVID-19, off-campus internships are currently unavailable but there are VIRTUAL internships happening. The internship will be a combination of online curriculum and worksite projects for a total of 90-hours. It’s important to still apply as we may be able to create other online/virtual internships.
If you are selected and complete an internship, you will earn .5 credit in Career Choices (a CTE course). One credit in a CTE course is a required for high school graduation. If you receive a “B” or better, you will earn 3 credits from Clark College in Professional Business Self Development for free (valued over $300).
