The Portland Fashion Institute wants you to strike a pose and apply for their scholarship. One winner will be selected to receive a year of courses (tuition and eligible school expenses) at Portland Fashion Institute.
Eligibility:
- GPA 2.0 or higher
- Portland-Vancouver area high school juniors and seniors who are persons of color
The Fashion Design Scholarship for local teens is valued at $20,000.
