The Evergreen Basketball Officials Association (EBOA) is proud to offer two $500 Captain Chris Stover Scholarships to one male and one female who participated in JV or Varsity Basketball during the 2019-20 season or are current JROTC seniors at schools in Clark County, WA.
This award is in memory of US Air Force Captain Christopher Stover, a former Evergreen HS student, varsity cross country and track member, US Air Force Academy graduate and Pilot, and son of Rick Stover, an EBOA official. Chris was tragically killed during a helicopter training mission while preparing for another deployment.
